Rosalyra String Quartet to present concert

Rosalyra String Quartet, the internationally acclaimed ensemble will present a concert at 8:15 p.m. in Christiansen Hall of Music, Urness Recital Hall. After 16 years, Rosalyra will be performing their final concerts this December. The group is comprised of principal-chair players from the Minnesota Orchestra and the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra: Sarah Kwak and Vali Phillips, violins; Sabina Thatcher, viola; and Beth Rapier, cello.

Lydia Artywim, hailed by the New York Times as "a pianist with beautiful touch, a creative imagination and a feeling for color" will join Rosalyra for the St. Olaf concert. The concert is free and open to the public.
