St. Olaf Assistant Dean of Community Life and Diversity and Director of Multicultural Affairs and Community Outreach (MACO) Bill Green, along with the Diversity Design Team, has received the 2004 Innovations in Student Development Award from the Minnesota College Personnel Association (MCPA). The award recognizes campus programs that creatively approach a student development or campus issue and have an impact across a college campus.

Green and other award recipients were recognized at the MCPA Annual Fall Conference held Oct. 14 at St. John's University. The MCPA has had a long-standing tradition of providing professional development, networking, advancement and recognition opportunities for student development and student services professionals throughout Minnesota.
