Social Security is 'investment' only in preventing poverty, professor says

In the midst of attempts at 'reform,' government should regard Social Security as an insurance policy that can prevent poverty and enhance the dignity of senior citizens, not as a 'diversified investment,' says Professor of Political Science Dan Hofrenning.
