A special program is being offered to all members of the college community on Wednesday, Feb. 2 in celebration of the spring semester Community Day. The day begins with complimentary breakfast in Stav Hall from 7:30 to 8:25 a.m. The program begins with remarks from Provost and Dean of the College Jim May in Boe Chapel at 8:30 a.m.

Community Day provides staff and faculty with opportunities to share information and fellowship, and also welcomes new members to the campus community. Following Dean May's remarks, there are three 50-minute break-out sessions offered with topics ranging from campus sustainability to St. Olaf Communication "key messages" as well as supervisor workshops, insurance benefits, diversity topics, writing for the web and how to respond to emergencies. The morning concludes at 12:15 p.m. with a prayer for our life in the community led by Associate Pastor Jennifer Koening in Viking Theater.
