VIDEO NEWS: Planting trees on a Friday afternoon

In April students participated in an Earth Day service project that planted trees in the forest restoration area on the west side of campus. The project drew student volunteers from across campus to put in a few hours of hard work on a Friday afternoon.

The ongoing forest restoration in this part of campus began in 1990. Professor of Biology Kathy Shea, curator of the college's Natural Lands, organized the project.
