Three St. Olaf students recently earned high marks in the annual Associated Colleges of the Midwest Off-Campus Study Photo Contest, including grand prize for Anna Carlson Schattauer '11 for Whirling Dervishes at Sunset (right), and honorable mentions for Anna Lehn '11 and Katherine Todd '11. Schattauer and Todd both studied on the Term in the Middle East program, while Lehn was part of Global Semester. The winners were selected from 99 entries.

Winning photos from the contest, which celebrates “the important role that off-campus study plays in liberal arts education,” will be featured in a traveling exhibit hosted by ACM colleges.
