U.S. News quotes Zempel

For the story "Four tips to Learn a Foreign Language in College," U.S. News came to Professor of Norwegian Solveig Zempel for advice. She noted that language-learning software has its place, but is "no substitute for classroom instruction with an experienced teacher" (tip No. 4).
