Cross country teams earn ticket to national meet

The St. Olaf College men's and women's cross country teams will compete at the NCAA Division III championship meet after earning top finishes at this weekend's regional competition.

The men's team finished first and the women's team second in the NCAA Division III Central Region Championships, which St. Olaf hosted.

The men's team was led by St. Olaf sophomore Grant Wintheiser's individual title, while senior Emma Lee and sophomore Jorden Johnson finished fifth and seventh, respectively, for the women's team.
