St. Olaf College Assistant Professor of Music Francesca Anderegg is featured on Minnesota Public Radio's Regional Spotlight, where she talks about her debut CD and the experiences that have shaped her artistry.

MPR notes that her new album "includes an unusual repertoire of pieces from Mozart to George Perle, from Schubert to Elliot Carter."

Anderegg, a graduate of Harvard University and The Juilliard School, is also on the violin faculty of the Interlochen Arts Camp. She has collaborated with the leading musicians of the concert stage, including Itzhak Perlman, Pierre Boulez, and the musicians of the Ensemble Intercontemporain. She had her Carnegie Hall debut in 2008, and has appeared in all of New York's major venues.

She regularly performs with the Orchestra of St. Luke's in New York City, and throughout the United States as a soloist and chamber musician.
