Alumni and Parent Relations Staff
Nathan Soland '04,
Associate Director
Nathan coordinates Homecoming & Family Weekend, assists classmates
in planning reunions, works with young alumni, the Student Alumni
Association, and the New York, Washington, D.C. and Twin Cities
alumni clubs. In his spare time, he sings Um! Yah! Yah! while traying
down Old Main Hill, sneaks into Christiansen Hall of Music to wear
the purple St. Olaf Choir robes, and holds saences in the Speech/Theatre
Building, evoking the ghost of Elizabeth Kelsey. Through and through--he's
an Ole.
Kathy Schuurman, Assistant
Director
Kathy coordinates Celebration Weekend, works with reunion planning volunteers
and the area clubs in Denver, Phoenix and Seattle. She also works with retired
alumni, particularly in the Northfield and Twin Cities area and manages the Alumni
Awards process. Kathy has worked in the alumni office since 2002, and started
her career at St. Olaf in the admissions office in 1999. She is a proud parent
of '02 and '04 St. Olaf alums (as well as a '06 Luther alum) and her husband
is a member of the religion faculty. Even though she is not officially an "Ole" (graduated from Calvin College
in Grand Rapids, MI), Kathy considers herself to be an Ole through adoption!
Sheri Eichhorn,
Club Events Coordinator
Sheri is responsible for assisting with coordinating club activities
for local and regional alumni clubs and alumni activities that

The Club Events Coordinator works with area club volunteers with
