St. Olaf Day of Service
Twin Cities Student Registration
Saturday, April 16, 2011

Registration Instructions:

    1. There is only room for 50 students to take part in the Twin Cities Day of Service; register early for your best chance.
    2. Please register in groups. If you do not, each participant may be assigned to different projects. The maximum number of people per group is four. Choose one person to register the entire group.
    3. When registering, you will first be asked to list a contact person for your group. Underneath this section, list the rest of your group’s participants as guests. Be certain to talk to all group members before registering them. If anyone in your group would like a "pack-out" breakfast, indicate this for each member, along with their student ID number.
    4. Next, list your top three preferred project sites. We will do our best to match you with one of your choices.
    5. Indicate whether you will need transportation or if you will be providing your own. St. Olaf College will provide a school bus for transportation that leaves at 7:30 a.m. Otherwise it is up to you to get to your volunteer site.
    6. Be sure to register by Friday, APRIL 8, 2011.
  • On April 13 your group will be notified at which site you will be volunteering. Until then, SAVE THE DATE! Don’t forget to show up on April 16. Alumni, project managers, and the communities we’re serving are COUNTING ON YOU. Not showing up not only gives the school a bad reputation, but also means someone will not get the help they need that day.

The day’s schedule:

7:30 a.m. Transportation leaves St. Olaf College
8:15 a.m. Meet site leader at assigned site
8:30 a.m. Start project
