Faculty reviews
Comprehensive reappointment reviews
In comprehensive reappointment reviews, normally completed by the end of the second and fourth academic years of a tenure-track appointment, departments are responsible for the student review of teaching component and for peer reviews of teaching. The information below reflects the new criteria and procedures for comprehensive reappointment reviews approved by the St. Olaf faculty and Board of Regents in Spring 2011.

Comprehensive reappointment reviews include two peer reviews of teaching, one prepared by the department chair and the other prepared by a tenured member of the faculty member’s department or Faculty.
