Initiator's letters requesting contributions to the dossier
During the summer prior to the academic year of candidacy, the initiator of the candidacy begins soliciting contributions to the candidate’s dossier from a variety of individuals, as indicated in the St. Olaf Faculty Manual, Section 4.XI.E. Each of the links below opens a template letter in Word which initiators may then edit and send to the specific individuals from whom they are soliciting statements, reviews, or other kinds of contributions.
Initiator’s request to peer reviewers of teaching
