Library Committee

[Faculty Handbook Category #3]

The purpose of this committee is to be a channel of communication between the academic programs and the library staff.

A. Responsibilities

1. Advise and consult on the library program, budget priorities, and policies. 

2. Advise and consult with the library staff in regard to acquisitions.

B. Personnel

1. Five faculty representatives, one selected from each of the Faculties

2. The College Librarian 

C. Term of Office:  Members shall be appointed by the Dean of the College for one-year renewable terms with a view to having some members serve more than one year.
