Discrepancies in Class Lists

Instructors should monitor course enrollments
carefully throughout the term, but especially as add and drop deadlines
approach. If an instructor notices
discrepancies between official class lists and students in attendance, s/he
should notify the student/s in question and the Registrar's Office. The student must correct his/her registration
via normal procedures (add/drop before deadlines; late add/drop following
deadlines), as specified in the St. Olaf College Academic Catalog. The Registrar will facilitate proper
registration as much as possible and ensure that the Dean of Students Office is
aware of problem situations, as appropriate.
