Garnishments

The college expects its employees to handle their financial affairs responsibly so as not to make attachment of wages necessary. However, when the college receives notice of garnishment, sheriff's levy, an attorney's summary of execution, or court-ordered child support, it has a legal obligation to withhold wages as specified.
