2. Childbearing leave requested under this policy runs concurrently with any leave provided under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Leave policy for employees who are eligible under that policy and concurrently with any child‑rearing or parental leave taken under the provisions of the child-rearing leave and parental leave policies.
3. If the faculty member has completed at least one year of service at the college, a childbearing leave shall be a paid leave.
