As required by law,
employees will be granted a leave of absence for military duty, including but
not limited to induction, enlistment or Reserve/National Guard duty. The college will comply with all applicable
laws regarding the employment of such individuals. The supervisor must be notified as far in
advance as possible to permit redistribution of work assignments. Upon completion of the tour of duty, employees
will make arrangements with the college for re‑employment. Please refer to Supporting Document “The
Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act.”
