St. Olaf College, a member of the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III, is accepting applications for the Position of Head Men's Track & Field Coach and Head Men's Cross Country Coach.
Full-time position with faculty status: directs, organizes, and administers all aspects of the Men's Track & Field and Men's Cross Country programs. Duties include, but are not limited to, coaching, recruiting and retaining academically and athletically qualified student-athletes, scheduling, budget management, travel arrangements, and staff supervision. The position also includes instruction in a variety of activity classes in the Exercise Science Department.
Minimum qualifications: master's degree. Head and college coaching experience preferred. Successful candidates must have knowledge of NCAA rules and a commitment to the academic development of student-athletes.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
