Evaluation and Assessment (E&A) is the part of Institutional Research and Evaluation (IR&E) responsible for research on teaching and learning at St. Olaf College. Our purpose is to gather and share information that supports effective adademic decision-making and strengthens student learning. We collaborate with Institutional Research (the other part of IR&E), the Office of the Provost and Dean of the College, academic departments and programs, the Center for Innovation in the Liberal Arts, and individual faculty and staff.
