NEW Forms and Policies starting Fall 2008

To provide more assistance to those seeking external funds and to ensure full compliance with grant maker regulations, St. Olaf College has established an Intent to Submit Form, and revised the Proposal Clearance Form (PCF) and Budget Templates.

  • The new Intent to Submit Form should be completed four weeks in advance of the proposal deadline and sent to GFR.
  • A PCF must be submitted to GFR at least five working days before the proposal deadline, together with the full proposal and completed budget template.
  • Applicants for NSF grants should complete the revised NSF budget template.
