Forms and Policies
To provide more assistance to those seeking external funds and to ensure full compliance with grant maker regulations, St. Olaf College requires that you complete the following forms:
Intent to Submit Form (Submit to GFR four weeks in advance of the proposal deadline.)
PCF Signature Page (Submit to GFR at least five working days before theproposal deadline, together with the full proposal and completed PCF budget template.)
PCF Budget Template OR NSF Budget Template for NSF proposals only.
COI-Financial_Interest_Disclosure Form Provides guidance for what is considered a conflict of financial interest for all employees. Identifies the procedures to follow if a conflict of interest arises. Provides special guidance for grant funded and similar academic projects. To be completed by PI and all Co-PIs.
