Joint Program Review
March 2007
Program review objectives:

To review and assess the mission, goals, principal responsibilities, and priorities of each office, separately and together (“What are we doing? Are these the most appropriate and important things to do?”).

To review and assess the staffing, resources, practices, and client relationships characterizing each office, separately and jointly, to determine the extent to which each office is able to accomplish its purposes and goals efficiently and effectively (“How are we doing what we do? Is this the best way to do it?”).

To complete an action plan for the next five years, identifying revised priorities and processes as warranted by the findings of the review.
Site Visit Open Sessions: March 14-16, 2007
