Description of policy changes for new spreadsheet model

Implemented 2001-02

• Combine College Administration with Other Internal Administration
• add college admin column (AW) into other internal admin (AN)
• rename "Other Intern Admin" to "Other Admin"
• rename "Total Intern Admin" (AO) to "Total Admin"
• delete College Admin column
• Redefine external funding to exclude endowments and other internal funds
• Any leaves or teaching at other institutions that are paid through St. Olaf payroll must be classified as leave-paid, external
• Eliminate all PT coaches' FTE from the faculty database and spreadsheet (organized activity and administration)
