Notes on Reading the Audit Check for Graduation:

Under GENERAL GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS (Top of page)

Each of these requirement fields; 35 Credits, Interims completed, upper levels, graded courses, and 21 outside the major will start with what you have remaining to complete.

For instance, your audit may read 35 credits (to graduate) and hand entered after that line may be 7.0 (remaining) – (minus) 4.25 (Fall 05) = 2.75. This means that starting in Fall semester 2005 you had 7.0 credits remaining to be completed of the 35. You are taking 4.25 credits this fall so we are subtracting that number from the 7.0. This leaves you with 2.75 credits to complete after Fall semester.

Also, under “General Education” you will see that we have hand-checked (√ ) those GE requirements that are fulfilled, have indicated what you still need to complete or have written in a current course you are taking that will fulfill the requirement.

At the end of the form, you will see a summary of everything that you still need to complete.

Your major is certified by the Department Chairs not the Registrar. Please contact them to review your major requirements.
