E-Bill
E-bills are now available. All St. Olaf student email accounts are defaulted to receive an e-bill. Students can also elect to have a link to their bills delivered to a parents/guardians email account. The student must be the one to set up access to their bill. Once you are signed up to receive this link, you are able to view prior statements as well as the current account. This will also allow access to pay the bill online via ACH or credit card.
Please keep the following in mind regarding e-bills:
~ Only the student will be able to add email addresses and designate whether someone gets a link or not. Our office, nor any other office on campus, can do this for you per FERPA rules.
~ You can log into the SIS bill delivery settings page at anytime and change your settings.
~ The only page that is viewable via the key/link is the financial overview screen. Your parents/guardians will not be able to navigate to any other page (ex: grades, registration, etc...) in the SIS.
