Ole$
You are now able to deposit money to your OleCard online at the following website: https://www.stolaf.edu/olecard/addfunds! You can also get to this website using the A-Z search on the main St. Olaf website. Click on “O” and find the OleCard/Onecard link. Then on the OleCard website, on the left side, click on "add funds to ole card”. Your parents/guardians may also add money to your card at any time on the website by providing your name and email address. You can still deposit money in person to your OleCard at the Cage, Bookstore, and the Student Accounts Office.
Please note that some charges that were previously assessed on a student’s tuition account (t-shirts, CDs, art supplies, lab books, etc.) will now be handled via your Ole$ on your OleCard. We encourage you to plan accordingly and deposit money on your OleCard.
Online Tuition Payments

- ACH using an American checking or savings account (free)
- MasterCard, Discover, or American Express (a convenience fee will apply)
- In person at the Business Office window
- Cash, check, money order, cashier’s check
- By mail
- Check, money order, cashier’s check
- Wire Transfer (A $30 fee will be charged to your tuition account if using this method.)
- Please wire an additional $30 if paying via this method. Contact the Business Office at 507-786-3539 or malz@stolaf.edu for wire instructions.
- Monthly or quarterly payment plans are offered through Tuition Management Services (TMS) at 800-356-8329 or on the web at www.afford.com
Please contact the Student Accounts Office if you have questions regarding your tuition account.
E-bills
The College has been working diligently to make the e-bill option more user friendly for students and parents. Over fall semester, our goal is to begin e-billing all students and eliminate most of our paper bills. Students can set up parents or anyone they choose to receive e-bills. This is part of a Business Office initiative to go green and to cut costs, while still striving to provide the highest level of service to our students.
Direct Deposit
Are you still receiving a paper check for your student work earnings? We strongly encourage you to sign up for tuition deduction or direct deposit to a checking or savings account. Not only is it the most convenient method, but it also reduces paper and costs, resulting in a more sustainable environment! The form needed to change to direct deposit or tuition deduction is called the Student Employment Payment Method Form and can be found at this website
http://www.stolaf.edu/services/financialaid/forms.htm#workforms.
Please contact the Financial Aid Office if you have questions or need further assistance.
