Introducing the new ACRoNYM 2.0!

Biology in the News

Don't forget to sign our brand new guestbook!

Nolan's animal quiz is up and running! (But not on Internet Explorer, the scourge of web browsers.)

Nolan gave Alex, Erik and me a tour of the Zollman Zoo. Click here to experience the adventure for yourself.

BATTING PRACTICE IS HERE! I found out how to make games on Flash. I learned how to make games that keep score, play music and even have a purpose, but I disregarded all of that BS when I made the long-awaited Batting Practice. Nate and Nolan, watch out! It'll have you yelling at the low-resolution screen for hours!

The Creation Museum is now open to the public! So it does seem to suggest that the snake in Eden was actually a dinosaur (don't take my word for it!), but most of it actually looks crazy rad. Crazy. Check out their commercial here.

Mother Mary of sharks? Did a condrichthian give birth to Our Lord and Savior? No. Its baby met a quick, Irwinian death, but was nonetheless the product of a virgin birth! And at Omaha's only positive feature, the Henry Doorly Zoo!

Shocking news! My good friend Nolan tells me that there are turtles that can climb trees! As of yet, I have been unable to find a movie of this wild action in progress, but hopefully soon…

More exciting news! Our very own Nolan Schlichter is working this summer at Oxbow Park and Zollman Zoo. You'll go visit him if you're worth two cents. Also, you should just in general visit Oxbow, because it is one of the most majestic of the National Parks.

Biology on the Web

Creationism for Kids Just like most evolutionists, most creationists aren't insane. Some, however, are. Click on "Creation Exploration (For Kids)" in the left scrolling frame for topics such as "God's Beaver" (!!!) and the infamous tricycle-to-tiger animation.

Another thing that's probably really dorky, but that I think is cool: The Great Ape Trust. They've discovered that chimps can understand and replicate basic grammar, if I'm understanding things correctly. I'm actually visitng later this summer, so I'll keep you posted. Because I know you're anxious for more information!

Tree of Life Project pictures and descriptions of life on earth

Wikispecies I haven't actually used it, but I love Wikimedia.

Sea Monster Adventure! from BBC - It's a game with prehistoric animals.

Talking Cats on YouTube; I laughed, but no one else did.

Do you have some questions about the org? Ask president Caroline or Colin "Webdeity" Halverson.
