Keillor lampoons Lutherans with clever satire
St. Olaf College was graced last Sunday by the satirical lore of Garrison Keillor and his program"The Young Lutheran's Guide to the Orchestra." In his typical style, Keillor warmed the audience with his soothing timbre and reminiscent tales about family, music and religion.

St. Olaf and Carleton administrators and students are troubled by looming changes in health care. According to Greg Kneser, Interim Dean of Students at St. Olaf, Allina Medical Clinic has chosen not to renew its contract with the colleges.

Napster, ICQ prove more trouble than they're worth
Over the past year, the ACC has come under a lot of heat, starting at the beginning of the 99-00 school year when students came back to campus finding that the popular ICQ chat program had been blocked. At the end of last school year, students learned that Napster had also been blocked.

As representatives of the St. Olaf Anti-Sweatshop group Priorities, we have encountered a wealth of different opinions. While we may not agree with every opinion presented to us, they all, undoubtedly, warrant consideration. However, when the people presenting these opinions do so in a misinformed manner, they inhibit both sides of the argument by confusing the facts.

Ole Baseball squad Sprout-ing up for Spring
To be successful in baseball, five tools are necessary: throwing, running, fielding, power, and average. Some players can count on two, three, and sometimes even four tools as their strengths. Very rarely is someone able to count all five tools that St. Olaf shortstop Brian Sprout can.
