While there are many hotels in the town of Santa Barbara (about twenty minutes from campus) as well as the community of Goleta (where UCSB is located), we encourage you to consider staying in the campus residences. In addition to the convenient location you will receive full maid service and free parking throughout the conference. Staying at the residences also includes shuttle service from the Santa Barbara Airport and breakfast and dinner each conference day, starting with breakfast on Wednesday and concluding with Saturday's breakfast. The cost will be approximately $65 per day for a single occupancy and $50 per day for a double occupancy. These rates for lodging and meals are available for either a 4 night (Tuesday night through Friday night) or 5 night (Tuesday night through Saturday night) stay depending on your departure date.
