My main responsibility is to troubleshoot and repair all the computer equipment on campus. This includes training and supervising up to 15 student technicians each semester. I work in the IIT helpdesk Wednesday and Friday mornings and a member of the Classroom Technologies team. The Classroom Technologies team seeks to improve media and computing technologies in order to improve the quality of education at St. Olaf. In additional to all of this, I am the liaison to six academic departments on campus. These departments are:  Theater, Trio, Education, Nursing, and Physical Education. As liaison, I help resolve any computing questions or issues these departments have as well as help them develop long-term plans for their computing and classroom technologies.
