The responsibilities of this position include:
-
Perform duties as assigned by the Vice President and Treasurer,
the Assistant Treasurer, and the Controller
- Manage information, accounts, computerized files, databases, spreadsheets, and departmental websites for Treasurer's Offices and Facilities
- Process mail, telephone calls, emails, documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain calendar, schedule appointments, and all associated paperwork
- Research various topics and situations, and compile reports as assigned by the administrators
