ORBITAL.EXE requires the Windows operating system, version 95 or
better. In addition, the default browser on the system must have the
Chime plug-in installed. (See http://www.mdli.com.)


Installation of ORBITAL.EXE involves the following three steps: 

1. Unzip the file ORBITAL1.ZIP into a temporary directory.

2. Run INSTALL.BAT in that directory. A Windows group and
   icon will be created. If vbrun300.dll does not exist in
   the directory c:\windows\system, it will be copied there.

3. Run the program. 

Upon first running, the program will create the following
directories if they do not already exist:

c:\orbital
c:\orbital\files

All additional documentation is contained in INDEX.HTM, which
is accessed using a browser or from within ORBITAL.EXE via the
Help menu.
