Wth the collaboration of Prof. Dick Brown, you have been pre-assigned to the following teams. All three teams will be working for on some aspect of Northfield.org and its website. The person whose name is italicized is the convenor for the group. This just means you are in charge of getting the group together for the first few times to do its work. Your team must choose one contact person. This person will be primarily responsible for the maintenance of relations with the client.

Interface Team: Will look at ethical and social issues of the particular implementation of the website and its interface. This may require interviews with various constituencies, talk-aloud protocols with the interface, etc. | TBA on Design team |

Content and Overview Team: There are multiple issues that will come from the section of N.org that is the primary responsibility of the editorial team (e.g. assigned blogs, publicity content).This will require doing interviews with community members, and N.org members and perhaps some questionnaire design or focus group work. | Editorial Board |

Blogging Team: There maybe two different subteam here: a general blogging group and a campaign blogging group. We first need to establish that feeding campain blogs through the site does not constitute an endorsement or contribution.
