This is the third season for our group.

Last year, eight of the participants were principal/co-principals of their own high school bands, all-state orchestras, and honor bands. Four juniors are members of the 2009-2010 Minnesota Music Educators Association All-State Bands!! Here are some of their comments:

    * I like the people.  I feel I have learned a lot about playing in a group.
    * The master class was helpful.  I think everyone learned a lot.
    * Everyone is motivated to play well; we had lots of fun; the music is diverse and
challenging; learn new things about music/the clarinet.
    * I like the silly things we talked about and I have achieved the goal, which is having
        something challenging to play.
    * I like learning to play auxiliary clarinets and the variety of literature.
    * I like that people care and try; it is a challenge and allows me to learn new things.
    * I like this (program) even though it is serious it is so MUCH FUN.
