Its programs and campaigns are guided by values of faith, hope, unity and justic. It is a membership organization that was born and exists to create and demand positive social change.
HealthFinders Collaborative
The mission of HealthFinders is to provide quality, accessible and culturally sensitive healthcare services, at no cost, to low-income and uninsured residents of greater Rice County.
Northfield Community Action Center
The NCAC works to promote a healthy, caring and just community for all people through resources, advocacy and volunteer effort.
Northfield Healthy Community Initiative
THe HCI works to promote an environment that strengthens the networks of support that will nurture competent, caring and principled youth. The HCI provides staff and capacity building support to a number of local efforts.
Rice County Growing Up Healthy
RCGUH includes a coalition of community organizations who are attempting to improve the health of young children by focusing on early childhood development, affordable housing and improved environments for children.
