What is Ole Law?

Ole Law 2012 is the second annual event organized by Twin Cities Ole lawyers for Ole students and Ole lawyers for the purpose of connecting those who are interested and involved in the law.

In 2011, a group of Ole lawyers created “Ole Law,” formed a Steering Committee and planned the event. Keith Radtke ’92 and his firm, Faegre & Benson LLP, hosted a very successful event that was attended by more than 100 Ole lawyers and 100 Ole students.

A unique feature of Ole Law is the concept of “pop-up panelists.” Each panelist “pops up” from where he/she is in the room and speaks for two minutes about his/her life in law. The format is fast and fun.

What to Expect in 2012

  • Networking with like-minded Oles

  • An opportunity to meet alumni lawyers from a range of practice areas

  • Food and beverages will be served at 5:30 p.m.

  • Remarks from the Pop Up Panelists listed below

  • Remarks by St. Olaf President David R. Anderson ’74

  • Greetings from Gary Gandrud 66, Norway's Honorary Consul General

  • Gracious hospitality from the firm of Dorsey & Whitney LLP

  • A fun and enjoyable evening
