ICSI is a non-profit organization based in Bloomington, MN that brings together diverse groups to transform the health care system so that it delivers patient-centered and value-driven care. It is comprised of 60 medical group and hospital members and sponsored by six Minnesota and Wisconsin health plans. The mission of the collaboration is to champion the cause of health care quality and to accelerate improvement in the value of the health care we deliver to the populations we serve. ICSI's vision is to be a collaboration that is deemed essential by its members for their improvement of health care and deemed essential by the community as a trusted voice for quality in health care.
Dr. Gary Oftedahl, Chief Knowledge Officer, invites St. Olaf students to participate in rotational shadowing activities over interim in order to witness the day-to-day operations at ICSI.
