Experiential Learning Incentive Plan

The Student Support Services (SSS) and the professional staff of the Piper Center are here to assist you in gaining experience to explore your vocation.  Through collaboration, this incentive plan is set up as a step-by-step progression to help you develop and explore your career and life plans.  To obtain the incentives, we request that you move through the contract in the order below.  Incentives provided while supplies last! See your SSS Advisor or Piper Center staff member with questions or for more information.

Once you have completed each part, stop by the Piper Center and talk to Andrea Kubinski to pick up your incentive prize!

Part I - Talk to Peer Advisor/Attend Major/Interests Workshop Incentive: Piper Center stapler, pen and notepad     

Part I - 3 Careers + Summary/Incentive:  a JumpDrive (flash disk)

Part II - Resume/Cover Letter Incentive: a packet of Resume/Cover Letter paper

Part III - 2 Events Incentive: a St. Olaf leather portfolio

Part IV - Interview Incentive:  a $50 gift card to Macy’s to help purchase a professional outfit for your interviews

Reflection: For those who complete the Incentive Plan, there will be a reflection luncheon honoring your achievement and to discuss your next step toward your future. Date, Time, Place TBA.
