I Feel Unsatisfied with My Choice of Major. What Next?
q Meet with the department chair, your faculty advisor, or a Piper Center coach to help you process what is behind your dissatisfaction. It may help to talk with someone to better articulate what you don't like about a major so that you are better informed about what to look for in another. It could also be that there are external factors unrelated to the major itself that are coloring your feelings about the major.
q Meet with faculty or your advisor to determine whether a change in major is possible for you at this point in time. If it is, cycle back to our opening page and determine where you are in knowing what else you might choose instead, then follow the links to find the appropriate resources.
