YOGA with Bob Bruce

Classical Yoga with Denny Bengtson
Wednesdays 8-9:15pm Skoglund Wrestling Room
Please note: starting February 22nd this class intends to be a sequential yoga class, not a drop in class. Thus semi-regular attendance is needed from mid- February and on. Purpose is to explore Yoga at a deeper subtler level.
This class will emphasize mind/ body/ breath integration while offering a blend of postures, movement, breathing techniques, stress reduction and mindfulness. No prior experience is needed. Instructor has over 30 years of yoga experience and is certified in Hatha Yoga and Meditation.
First Class is Wednesday, Feb 8th and for the first two weeks of February it will be a "drop in class" after which class enrollment will be establish.
