These are non-credit recreation classes.
Classes have ended for the semester. No summer classes.
Kickboxing with Josh Borglum

Pilates with Marta Johnson
In this Pilates class, we will be focusing on body strengthening and awareness. We will also work on balance, spine alignment, and breath awareness.
Saturdays 10:00-11:00am in Skog Wrestling Room.
Sundays 1:00-2:00pm in Skog Wrestling Room.

Zumba with Lori Middeldorp
Come and try the latest fitness craze - Zumba! Zumba incorporates Latin music and dance movements to give you a very effective cardio and muscle-toning workout. The dance steps are easy to follow and no prior dance experience is necessary. The explosive Latin music is so contagious that you won't even realize you're exercising. All ages and abilities are welcome - come join in the fun!

Fee: $5 per class for faculty/staff, FREE to students.
Class on Friday, May 15 and Friday, May 22 only.
