High Performance Swim Camp

High Performance Swim Camp is designed for experienced swimmers who are ready to understand conditioning principles, more effective training components along with technical skill development. The camp also focuses on goal setting, nutrition, psychological skills training, race and training strategies and team building principles that lead to consistent, successful performances.


Swimmers are challenged daily with three workouts: one that focuses on conditioning, one technical workout on a particular stroke and one videotaped workout. To maximize the benefits of this training, each camper should be in excellent condition at the beginning of swim camp. This camp is open to varsity level boys and girls ages 13 through incoming high school seniors.
