Affording a St. Olaf Education
We know a college education is expensive. For most students and families, it is one of the largest and most important investments you will make.
We believe that an economically diverse student body reflects the world in which our students will live and work. St. Olaf has a long tradition of meeting the demonstrated need of all admitted students. The goal of our financial aid program is to help students from varied economic circumstances afford to take full advantage of the educational experience St. Olaf College offers.
Our primary focus is to provide access to a St. Olaf education through our need-based financial aid programs. We also offer highly competitive merit scholarships to recognize outstanding academic achievement, significant and sustained service to local and church communities, and exceptional talent in music, art, theater and dance.
