and Benefits Program
INTRODUCTION
All regular employees, regardless of FTE (full time equivalency), may participate in the Group Supplemental Retirement Annuity (GSRA), Medical Reimbursement Account, Dependent Care Reimbursement Account and the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). All other benefits have an FTE requirement. In addition, the Retirement Annuity requires one year of service before participation is allowed (waived under certain circumstances). Some benefits are college paid, while others require contributions from the employee.
Employees must indicate their benefit choices on an Election of Benefits Form. In addition, the insurance and retirement options require the completion of enrollment forms. In most cases, employees will have only one opportunity per year to change their benefits.
