Hours per week are based on work award limit and 32 weeks per academic year


*Standard pay rate for freshman and sophomore students: $7.40/hour

*Standard pay rate for junior and senior students: $7.65/hour


 

 

Student Payroll Form
Due Dates:

All I-9 Verification Forms,
W-4s and Work Authorizations submitted by the 20th of the month will be set up for the next month's payroll.
Any forms received after the 20th 
(excluding timesheets) are not guaranteed to be processed.
