Troubleshooting Tips
No Network Connection
- Make sure Ethernet cord is plugged into side panel of cart and the wall jack with the green dot next to it.
The projector will not turn on
- If you can hear fan running, it is most likely in cool down mode: wait a minute or two for it to complete the cool-down cycle.
- Push the red power button on the projector itself. If that works, then the remote's batteries aren't working. Call the Helpdesk at x3830 to replace them.
Students have trouble seeing the Document Camera from the back of the room.
- Zoom in on the text/image using the Tele button. Text/Image must be quite large to be seen clearly from the back of the classroom.
