Hardware Problems
IT is responsible for maintaining the campus computer network, computing equipment, and the campus A/V gear. The single exception is the sound system and Viking Theater in Buntrock Commons which is maintained by Telecommunications. Priority goes first to emergency repairs, second to network support, and third to support of equipment in offices and labs.
