Mach5 Mailer

Do you use Word or mail merges to send customized letters to people? Would you rather do it with e-mail instead of paper forms? If so, Mach5 Mailer could be the answer.

Mach5 Mailer is a powerful tool for creating and sending customized e-mail messages to people. It's already used by several departments on-campus for things like budget reports, medical reimbursements, notification of missing items, etc.

IIT has recently obtained a site license for the latest version of Mach5 Mailer and is making it available to the campus. It can be installed from the server.

Use the installer (mailer-nten.exe) to install the program and the information found in the Word document to register and configure the software.

We have scheduled a workshop to show interested users how to install and use Mach5 Mailer. If you are interested in attending, sign up online.
