Computer Repair Services
If you have a problem with your college-owned computer hardware, please call the ACC's Computer Repair Services (CRS) at ext. 3543, or e-mail crs. They will make arrangements to have the problem fixed.
Moving Equipment
If you have a computer that needs to be moved, please call CRS at ext. 3543 to make arrangements. Disconnecting a computer from the network can leave an unterminated node, which can impede network performance or cause network failure. Please be sure to let CRS make the move for you.
Security Badges
ACC student employees who are authorized to work on, move, or remove computing equipment are required to wear picture ID badges (light blue for 98-99) identifying them as ACC student staff members. If you see someone moving equipment who is not wearing such a badge, please stop him or her and ask questions and, if necessary, call Campus Security at ext. 3666.
No Repairs on Personally Owned Equipment
CRS does not repair personally owned computer equipment. Please contact the St. Olaf Bookstore (ext. 3324) to make arrangements for personal computer repairs.
