Course E-Mail Aliases
At the beginning of each semester, we create e-mail aliases for every course; these aliases contain the e-mail addresses of the students registered for each course. These aliases are updated automatically each night from the Registrar's Office, so drops and adds are reflected in the course aliases within 24 hours.
Unfortunately, there is no way to automatically include the course instructor in his or her own course aliases. If you, as a course instructor, would like to be added to one or more of your course aliases, please e-mail a note to helpline including:
• your department name• your course number(s) and section number(s)
Similarly, if you would like TA's to be included in your course aliases, please e-mail the same information, along with a list of e-mail addresses of your TA's, to helpline.
